Our five month old daughter struggled with her naps (would not settle on her own, was not connecting sleep cycles, wanted to be held, etc).  My maternity leave was coming to an end and we needed to establish a routine.  Lindsey helped us develop a sleep plan and coached us through it, making tweaks daily until it was perfected.  I immediately noticed a difference in my daughter’s mood during the day -- she is a much happier baby (not to mention our sanity).  Now 7 months old, she sleeps through the night (7pm-7am with no waking) and consistently sleeps during her two naps.  I would highly recommend Lindsey.”
